Buying off-the-plan can be very different from purchasing an established property.

Contracts are often extensive, settlement may be month or even years away, and the final property may differ in certain respects from what you see at the time of purchase.

We will review your off-the-plan contract and explain the provisions that matter, including relevant timeframes, sunset provisions, proposed plans, variations and settlement requirements.

We will then remain with you throughout the transaction and guide you through the process as the development progresses towards registration and settlement.
